Flowstate is a creative space, and a reminder that you don’t have to do it all alone. Drop in with no expectation, just the chance to show up as you are—whether through journaling, art, or simply sharing presence. Flowstate Zoom: A Creative Hour of Connection is a space where you can pause, connect, and create together. Each session begins with a guided group discussion around a thought-provoking seed question; something real, relevant, and worth exploring. As the conversation deepens, we transition into an hour of “flow,” where each person drops into their own creative practice—whether that’s journaling, painting, or simply being present.
We close by coming back together to share reflections on the process: what moved us, what shifted, and what surfaced. Show up as you are, expressing freely, and leaving more grounded, inspired, and connected than when you arrived.

Flowstate: The Creative Pulse Behind Design Femme
Design Femme was born from a desire to spotlight women-owned businesses and create a platform where artistry, passion, and quality shine brighter than the pressure of sales. But as any business grows, the demands of structure and strategy can pull us away from the very spark that started it all.
That’s where Flowstate comes in. These sessions are my reset; gathering, asking meaningful questions, and then dropping into an hour of pure creative flow. It’s here that I reconnect with my own artistry, remember why I build, and fuel the balance between creativity..
